Gregory
S. Walston, Principal Attorney
Greg
Walston is our Principal Attorney, and supervises
all legal professionals in THE WALSTON LEGAL
GROUP. He has practiced law for nine years, and
is admitted to the State Bar of California, the
United States District Courts for the Northern
and Eastern Districts of California, the United
States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit,
and the Supreme Court of the United States. He
has lectured on litigation at Duke University
Law School, the University
of San Diego Law School, and Hastings College
of the Law. He has successfully litigated hundreds
of complicated cases, including class actions and
other major civil rights actions, at both the
trial and appellate levels. He now also teaches
litigation to practicing attorneys through continuing
legal education courses approved by the State
Bar. He founded THE WALSTON LEGAL GROUP in December
2004.

Zhalkovsky, Attorney
Julie Zhalkovsky is admitted to
practice law in all state courts of California
and the United States District Court for the Northern
District of California. She joined THE WALSTON
LEGAL GROUP in December 2006. She is fluent in
Russian and practices all aspects of civil and
criminal litigation.

Thibodeaux, Office Administrator
Earl Thibodeaux joined THE WALSTON LEGAL GROUP
in March 2006. He is our office administrator
and is responsible for managing the general operation
of our office.

Howard Johnson is a certified paralegal and is responsible
for assisting our attorneys in preparation of cases
for litigation as well as legal document preparation,

Cavallero, Investigator
Paul Cavellero joined THE
WALSTON LEGAL GROUP in March 2006. He is an investigator
and is responsible for fact gathering and other
